Mooncake box.

We were given a Mooncake box packaging for our first assignment. The idea was to make it look classy and expensive. We have to pick a brand to represent for this project. 

A little bit info on mooncake:

Mooncake (simplified Chinese: 月饼; traditional Chinese: 月餅; pinyin: yuè bĭng) is a Chinese bakery product traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival (Zhongqiu). The festival is for lunar worship and moon watching, when mooncakes are regarded as an indispensable delicacy. Mooncakes are offered between friends or on family gatherings while celebrating the festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the four most important Chinese festivals.

So, i begin my hunt towards a unique box. here is my top 3 choices. 

I pick the 2nd one, because i think the idea is simple but effective. The box could be flatten out, which will be great for storage. This might look too plain now, but i will make it look even better with different material. 

I pick Mandarin Oriental Hotel as my client, because mooncake is a chinese festival. Also, Mandarin Oriental Hotel is an awesome hotel in KL. So, they have a good reputation amongs other hotel.
